All nacQue products are produced in limited edition in their original design colors and each pattern design is never applied to the other color variations. GUARANTEE
All nacQue products are handmade and they are produced from handwoven natural fabrics especially silk as Limited Edition and they have the features of a handmade and silk product.
For this reason, we want our customers to choose our every product with this awareness of buying a handmade product.
All nacQue products are created from silk, natural fabrics, and their blends which are hand woven and they have natural handwork structure. All patterned products are printed with digital printing technology and sometimes their weaves contain some very little flaws due to handwork weaving and yarn and their structure less than 2 mm. and may not absorb the dyes. It may be accepted because this is due to the nature of textile.
We produce our products with high-quality trademark fabrics and complete our products with excellent craftsmanship to prevent these situations but we are human and we work with delicate and texture and we form them with hand. We review and control all our products according to all handmade product criteria and we select to offer you the most excellent ones. We accept the structural differences in weaving and sewing and their similars from handwork in our products as the natural structure of the product.
All nacQue products are produced in limited edition and the information of limited edition is written on each product as printed. This permanent information is the guarantee of our products. For that, we cannot produce a similar product with the same limited edition number to guarantee the authenticity and limited edition to our customers. Each Limited Edition product is accepted by its own characteristics.
We choose very carefully the best product photographs which are the same as the colors and details of the original product to show you our products. But the digital color codes may not match the original colors and they may vary depending on the screen and the digital platform used. The digital platforms are not like natural light and the eye. We cannot give a guarantee for the original product colors for these reasons.
Our products are sewn with natural and fine yarn and are hand finished by artisans and they may contain minor sewing mistakes and these are the part of their handcrafted qualities.
You are provided with the product use and production information labels as a card alongside the products and besides the products and this information is also available on the product website pages. Firstly, please keep these labels and information for the duration of your product use and follow the instructions for product use given here. For any application and use other than these instructions and information, the responsibility is yours. You are responsible for all the problems caused by misuse.
We reserve the right to change these warranty terms without notice.
 
PRODUCT & CARE ADVICE
We want you to enjoy the nacQue products. In order to maintain the beauty of your delicate, natural fabric and silk product, we recommend the following care:
*You use a delicate product and please value it with this sensitive structure.
*Please protect your product from moisture, perspiration, wetting, water, and direct lamp light and sunlight. Do not expose your product to very wet or damp weather conditions.To prevent your product from color and texture loss, tearing and separation, protect your product from all of these, hard surfaces and rubbing.
*Do not pull, tear and cut the delicate and responsible sewing.
*Please prevent your product any contact with alcohol (perfumes, solvents, etc.) and grease, oil and similars (make-up, food, machine).
*Care should be taken when wearing light colored and delicate garments to prevent color transfer.
*Do not wash it in the machine and hand, do not squeeze and hang.
*Do not dry in the dryer and iron at high temperatures.
*Just make a real dry cleaning. If stains occur or similar problems, consult and contact to a specialist dry cleaner.
*When not in use, we recommend keeping your product in its soft care bag in a cool and dry environment.
*You must follow the handling, cleaning and storage instructions on the labels.
*We are not responsible for any unfulfilled or unapproved instructions.

ORDER, PAYMENT and REFUND"

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
By placing an order through www.nacquerome.com, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms and Conditions.
Firstly, in order to place an order, you will be required to open an account and/or provide complete and accurate personal details on the order form. This will include title, surname, first name, email address, telephone number, delivery and invoicing address.
When you complete your order with your payment, your payment is accepted by the payment channel and when we receive your order, you will receive an automated e-mail reply acknowledging receipt which will confirm that we are able to send you the goods you have ordered, as well as the price and the estimated delivery date.
You must immediately check all of the details contained in the Confirmation of Order, and we advise you to print and keep a copy. Should there be any discrepancies, please email nacque@nacquerome.com and contact us via your account immediately.
If an order requests several items to be sent to the same address, depending on availability and other factors, it may be necessary that these items may be dispatched separately, and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of all the items on the same day.
Every care has been taken by us in the preparation of the content of our website, in particular, to ensure that prices quoted are accurate at the time of posting the product on the website and that all products are fairly described. However, your order may not be accepted if there are material errors in the description of the goods you have ordered or their prices. All prices and offers are subject to change.
We have aimed to ensure that the colors of our products appearing on our website are as near as possible to the actual color of the product. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer equipment, and accordingly, we are unable to guarantee the precise color of the product upon delivery.

All Credit/Debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, your order will be canceled, and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your Credit/Debit card payment in accordance with your order.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.
Please note Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days or more for your bank to complete, depending on your bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence or affect this issue.
The refund will include the full value of the items returned, including EU taxes, but excluding shipping or return courier costs.
Please retain your shipping note until you have received your refund.
If the product(s) you are returning was/(were) purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency as the purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
No refund or exchange will be offered on products that are returned to us incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered or anything where we reasonably believe the products to be used.
We strongly recommend when returning items to us, you use recorded, registered, or special delivery, as we are unable to refund any items, which are lost in the post and delivery. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

SHIPPING and DELIVERY

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from nacQue via DHL or UPS.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and require a signature upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, the parcel may be held by the courier for later collection or re-delivery.
We use DHL and UPS for both domestic shipments within Italy and international deliveries.
The courier is selected based on which service offers the fastest delivery time and best local service at the destination.
For orders under €200 within Italy and under €500 outside Italy, shipping and delivery charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
Orders within Italy and Europe typically arrive within 3–5 working days, while international orders may take up to 7 working days or longer with standard delivery.
Shipping within Italy is free for orders of €200 or more with express delivery. Shipping outside Italy is free for orders of €500 or more with express delivery.
Orders within Italy and Europe typically arrive within 1-2 working days, while international orders may take up to 2-5 working days or longer with express delivery.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 working days after it has been accepted, delivering it to the postal address provided at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed, although we make every reasonable effort to deliver the products by any quoted delivery date.
Some of our products are sell-off items with limited stocks and the stocks may not be replenished when sold out.
If this is the case, we will inform you via email. You then have the right to amend or cancel your order with a full refund.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
nacQue is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or any other factors.
 
RISK FOR DAMAGE AND OWNERSHIP
The Products will be your responsibility at the time of delivery. Therefore, if the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please check the contents of the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the condition of the Products.
In the event of damage, please make a note on the delivery slip and contact us at nacque@nacquerome.com.
Ownership of the Products will pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

Please read our Quality, Features and Care section before returning or exchanging your product.
The following Return & Cancellation Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURN CONDITIONS
*Each product is photographed and recorded before and during delivery. The responsibility of the products belongs to the channel of delivery after us and belongs to you when they arrive you.
*There is no exchange, return or refund for products produced in a limited quantity of 1. All sales are final.
*Please refer to each product description for detailed change and return information.
*We reserve the right to not accept the change and return.
*The products that are appropriate to the return policy can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
*Mistakes bigger than 2 mm in the structure and paint and bigger than 5 mm in the stitch are subject to changes and refunds within legal days.
*If you cancel before we process the delivery of any goods your money will be refunded and the goods will not be delivered.
*Items must be in their unused, undamaged, original condition and packaging with all of the nacQue product tags attached and any related accessories, information labels included. 
*The return conditions can only be assessed in products that have not been shipped in legal terms within the period of your waiver, and in products completed with their original items that have not been unpacked and unused.
*Incomplete, damaged, worn, arbitrary treatments, soiled or altered returns or anything where we reasonably believe to be used will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
Upon receipt of returned goods, nacQue reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
We can schedule the return of your item(s) through our courier service. Please contact us at 
nacque@nacquerome.com. Also, you enter the return on your account page and we can schedule a courier. Also, we send you a label of return with your product and you can make your return step by step: 1. Return notice on your account, 2. Call the same courier service which delivered you the order, 3. Plan your schedule time and deliver your return item with return labels. 4. You can deliver your return package directly the same courier service which delivered you with this label. 5. All return addresses and information write on the return label that we send you with your order.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel orders for certain products purchased from nacquerome.com within 14 working days from the day on which the product in question was delivered. Please note that this cancellation right does not apply to certain items including (without limit):
*Products are produced in a limited quantity of 1 cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. All sales are final.
*Products made to our specification or which have been clearly personalized for which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
*Services if we have started to provide them before the end of the 14 working day cancellation period.
TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Please provide us with written notice by email nacque@nacque.com within the delivery and shipping period and giving details of the products ordered, and (where appropriate) their delivery date. Also, you can cancel your order on your account page.
IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED
*If you cancel before the delivery of any goods your money will be refunded and the goods will not be delivered.
*If you exercise your right of cancellation after the product has been delivered, please place the product securely in its original packaging and return it to us with your shipping note to cover the 14 daily process.
 
The transportation of our products by return and cancellation should be completed within 14 days from the delivery date of the product to you.
 
EXCHANGES
*There is no change in any products.
*You must follow the return policies and you must return your product.
*You must enter a new order for the product you want.
*Conditions and Exclusions
The above-mentioned conditions do not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than nacQue.
